How bout a writeup of how to and what went in and how long at what temp. Pics are worth a thousand words and were fantastic, but alack and alas, I need some structions........

Cream & Blue cheese, sweet pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, S&P.

Plain cream cheese is a blank slate, so mix it up-make it your own.

Wrap in bacon or dust with your rub it's your choice. Enjoy!
