My "dream" smoker would be some giant monstrosity of steel on wheels like a 1000 gallon Moberg or the biggest Shirley there is. Something completely impractical that I would never use to its full capacity, but, you know, dream.

In reality, I'll get my "close enough" smoker later this year when I buy a LSG 20x42. :-D

I'm in the "can't justify it" camp. I've only filled up what I have 2 or 3 times, and a stick burner doesn't fit my lifestyle or geography. I'd love to run one of those big boys once, though.

What if I own my dream smoker and realize that my dream smoker is way too big to be effectively used unless I'm catering and I'm kinda getting out of the catering business?

This thread is full of people that are living right, the pictures of all the pits are just amazing!

Now we just have to figure out how to get them together all in the same place, can you imagine it being able to take a walk and see these all in person?

I enjoyed the pics of the smokers and where you keep them
I have a kamado joe,an offset ,and looking into getting a gravity feed, kind of leaning toward a stumps baby

Yep I own my dream smoker want to build another one though shaking the itch of building is bad lol Acquired a 250 gallon tank already

My dream smoker doesnt exist yet. Hell, even the smoker i want to buy isn't available for another few months. I don't have that much patients so i will probably have to settle for another smoker that will leave me wanting something better, rinse and repeat.
