Hello, I am UncleTykie. I am from Springfield, IL. I have been BBQ'n for about 15 years. I have my own Concession Business for now and am hopefully opening my restaurant in April. I have done some local competitions and and won the following categories:

• Chicken
• Ribs
• Brisket
• Whole Loin
• Wings
• and I have won the Misc category 4 times Turkey Legs, Wings, Rattle Snake and Buffalo

but none of this was "Sanctioned"
