Spider steak, that is.

A butcher's cut called spider steak because of the pattern of the fat/connective tissue. A lot of places grind this up, but it’s really good. I've been able to get it a few times from our local farm and it's always amazing.

Salt, pepper and a quick grilling on the kettle is all it needs. Great as a little snack.

This is just beef. Heck yeah, I'd try it. Now I have to figure out where to get it. If you ever get a chance, try horse tenderloin. Had it in Iceland a few years back. Soooooo gooooood.....
 
Never saw, or heard of it, much like hanger steak, the price will be high I'd guess.

Artisanal butcher, lol, I guess there might be a few left, most of these guys get confused opening the box...
