I picked up a 10lb butt and it'll be going in @ 4am for Canada Day supper with my neighbors tomorrow. Nothing fancy, pulled pork, fresh rolls, a variety of homemade sauces and a Caesar Salad. Enjoy your holiday all, and have a great 4th. for all my fellow Americans back home.

Happy Canada Day and Happy 4th to those down South : )

Going to try original MOINK balls for the first time tomorrow on the egg, with some bacon wrapped pineapple (thanks to a post I saw earlier this week)

Cheers
