I agree completely. I have been teaching my little princess to cook since she could walk!
I truly believe she could out grill a few of my adult friends!
Side note: If you are teaching a little one to grill, putting welding gloves on them make a big difference. Now that she doesn't feel the heat, she loves to cook on the grill.

Teaching the younger generation about BBQ is essential to keep the craft alive. The most simplest method of cooking with fire can also become the most complex without knowledge.

Sadly the younger generation is willing to accept oven roasted meat, slathered with sauce, as traditional "BBQ".


Thanks for doing your part to impart this knowledge to the younger generation.
