I'm using Sirrah grapewood and Manzanita that Yelonutz brought to the NorCal bash. Lovin' it. :thumb:
I'm also using one of my impromptu self mixed rubs, which I applied last night. This one contains cinnamon and cocoa. Uh oh. :wink:

Here's the rub recipe:

1/3 cup James Brown (just kidding, Brown Sugar)
1/6 cup kosher salt
1 T paprika
1 T garlic powder
1 T mustard powder
1 T chili powder
1 T cumin
1 T pepper
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t sage
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t cocao (I used Starbucks hot cocoa mix, forgot I had the better stuff in the pantry, but it's okay):-o
