Threw a butt on late last night and pulled it off the WSM this morning. Held in FTC until lunch. I had to run to the store, and I saw some flanken style shorts on a quick sale special. I had plenty of heat left, so I put them in the smoker for an hour and finished off on the stove in a cast iron skillet. Nothing like using beef as the side dish to your pork. :loco:

Nice. I had some short ribs with my smoked wings and pork tenderloin last night myself.

Vegetables are overrated.
 
those are call Korean style ribs around these parts.. they are normally fairly expensive, they the do cook up good. yours look great
 
Yeah, I have a hard time calling them Korean when not cooking them with any Korean seasonings/sauce. :wink: Just salt, pepper, garlic and onion on these (and some beef tallow for the skillet).
