Looks great - I've never had steelhead, what other fish is it similar to?

It was a lot of fun, but didn't fight as much as you would expect. With the air temp only being 17 the water was pretty cold. Taste wise to me it is pretty close to salmon. I believe that steelhead are just ocean run rainbow trout.
