Salt,pepper,a little Montreal steak seasoning,or SPOG,or not.Roast that baby at 250 or less chamber temp til it reaches 120f.Rest 20 minutes,slice and enjoy.It is a Prime Rib,not a steak.A sear is not necessary,in my humble opinion.Serve with au jus and horseradish sauce.Killer meal.Simple is best for my tastes.
