Being that today is the last day for the "Drum Cooker Showdown" TD, AND my Anniversary, I figured I would pull double duty, cook my beautiful bride of 29 years :kiss:a nice Sunday dinner and showcase my culinary skills in the TD :laugh:. On the drum of course. Actually 2 drums. On the menu was brisket, beef tenderloin, clams, shrimp, tomato-basil-mozzarella salad and slaw.
Started with a brisket I cut off a side of beef we were butchering-
The rub-
The ugly brothers-
Tenderloin with Dale's and Montreal-
Clams-
Shrimp marinated in garlic, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, chopped basil, cayenne pepper salt & pepper-
Beautiful day-
Brisket cruising along-
Weather took a turn for the worse-
Dayum rain-
Brisket before wrapping in BP-
Clams on the mini-
Appetizer -
Caprese salad-
Tenderloin looking good-
Dinner is served-
All day cook, but well worth it!
