And yes Bigmista cooked jambalya on our first meeting but trust to know I was just something to do. I knew it and I was fine with it because so was he.

I always had good luck doing some kind of alfredo. Wome generaly love pasta, even more with such a buttery fatty sauce, and throw in some chicken or shrimp. It's easy, tastes great, and looks hard. In my experience beef or pork are not go to meats for women.

Just a quick heads up. If you do this and impress her, and if you eventually get married, you will be doing ALL the cooking. :biggrin: NTTIAWWT

Damn, I just saw this... Would have recommended Large shrimp wrapped in bacon, grilled and served with a hollandaise sauce...
