Bull Fries n Catfish

One of those finger food, cold beer nights.

Cleaned and sliced a few bull fries...

I like to keep them in the freezer til ready to fry..

used the quick method to make cracker crumbs...

egg, milk bath and into the crumbs..

coated a few crawfish tails in seasoned flour...

catfish from a camp trip...

my Bass Pro thingy..

set up the fryers and heated the oil...

the catfish..

bull fries...

crawdad tails n bull fries..

also had cold shrimp...

I roped off a section of yard and let the girls mow while we snacked.

It was a finger food, cold beer evening...

Looks great! I miss fish fry's. Hardly anyone does them anymore.

I will say, I was raised about as redneck as they come, but I just can't bring myself to eat fries or oysters or whatever you want to call them. Just can't wrap my hear around it.
