LOL..hey there were lots of unknown variables in there! Quick cook too..thinking not a whole lot past an hour.

Yep nothing but air in between the lump and food. Started out by opening both vents til I got to about 350 then closed one. When the chicken got up to about 130 i flipped and opened up the other side.

Still only cooked about 375 most of the time...but i didn't have the basket packed with coals either.
