To make stuffing them easier, blend all of your cheese/ingredients and then use a pastry bag, or a zip type bag with a corner cut off.

I core them, slice 'em open, fill with cream cheese & ground italian sausage, wrap with 1 full slice of extra thick cut bacon and ENJOY :thumb:
