The 2016 Redneck Scientific BBQ Classes are now open for registration. There are presently two sets of classes with a max of 20 people per class. Classes will be in Clayton, NC and last 1 LONG day. Dates are:

Part 1: Becoming the Backyard Professional Jan. 9th + Feb. 20th, 2016 COST: $225.00

Part 2: How to Compete as the BBQ Professional Jan. 16th + Feb 27th, 2016 COST: $399.00

Basically, Part one deals with meat prep, science and cooking. Part 2 takes what you learned in Part 1, builds on it and shows you how to use this knowledge in KCBS competitions.
