Did you sauce those ribs after or is that how they came off? They look wet and delicious. Nicely done!

Sauced them 20 minutes before i pulled them off!

Flavor was incredible and with a computer temp control for the main grill keeping the box temp was a breeze i just need to put a baffle between the main grill and the smoke box because the rack straight out from the exhaust holes is almost 75 degrees hotter so things there got a little overdone
