Freezer is FULL!
1245 LB steer processed got 750#s of beef! Fed out for over 60 days on sweet feed. Hung for 28 days. Head processing guy helped me load the packaged meat, he told me it was very tender meat and it was going to be good and the hanging time was perfect. This the longest I have let one hang usually hang 18 to 21 days.

Dang that was a good one!

Yeah the head guy where we get ours done let's them hang until he know they're ready. He's been at it a looong time.
