Wood Fired Oven has been de-virginized.. Pizza, Lamb Chops & Steaks

Holy farkamole!

Wow...that's just nothing short of fanfarkingtastic! Thanks so much for sharing with us. :clap2:

Are planning to try 00 flour for your pizzas at some point?

I was waiting for the day you were gonna "fire" it up. Looks awesome bro. Enjoy!

Beautiful work on the oven and cooking. The lamb ribs look as good as any I have seen. That was a great afternoon of cooking.

Italian 00 for pizza dough makes a huge difference.

Congratulations on your successful pizza party! Everything looks good!
Yeah, you can't beat the weed burner for starting up the oven. Much less start up smoke too. I always get paranoid with the initial start-up smoke, living in a densely populated area near downtown.

Thanks Moose, yes i do, i have the flour at home so i will try that next.

Thanks to everyone else. Yes the weed burner is a nice tool to have. Lamb chops were great, i will buy some more. They were from Costco. Sorry no pics of the Prime short rib steaks, didnt have time to snap those.

Are you roasting anything in it today? Since the party your oven temp should be at ideal temp for doing some ribs or something.....or even tomorrow....:)

I dont think i fully saturated the oven yesterday, when i finished the dome was 570-650. This morning the dome was 450 and the floor was 385. So its still too warm for roasting. So maybe tomorrow i will. Plus im working late today. But ya i really want to throw in a Butt in the morning and come home at night to find a falling apart piece of Butt...

Amazing - One day I will have a set up like this! Nice work my friend.

Thanks alot guys, you know you could purchase a pre cast unit and just assemble it if it comes to that point. It really is fun, its just so cool seeing how fast they cook.
