I've not cooked a lot this last month.
sort of hurt my arm and have been trying to do things without hurting the other one. lol :-D

So I'm posting an easy breakfast..

I oil a pie tin, fill with biscuits and top with another oiled tin, then wrap them in foil..

I keep the biscuits on the low heat side of the fire while I brown some sausage..

after the sausage browns I add flour and seasonings..

I add milk to the gravy and scramble some eggs

awesome...and I pray your arm gets better son. Whaddya do? Wrassle a gator that you raised for some gator meat?

Looks great. My in-laws were just in town last weekend and they make a mean sausage bicuit and gravey. They are from Georgia and its one of the staples on the menu whenever they come up. (actually, its a condition to them coming up :wink: )
 
Biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs...that's gettin deep into my soul! I really, really, really love that stuff! Looks fantastic. Heal up soon and take care of yourself!

it is one of my favorite breakfasts when camping.. :-D

one arm is wrapped up and I'm trying really hard not to injure the other one. lol
just tried to lift something that I couldn't. sometime I need to learn to ask for help. :redface:
