Monday's Loin Back Ribs

I picked up 3 racks of loin back ribs for todays dinner.:-D

Washed, trimmed, and membrane pulled

rubbed and ready for the smoker

right out of the smoker after 4 1/2 hours using pecan and apple wood

First rack sliced up

ready to eat:-D

Now that aint fair. Ive been cruising the Compition threads getting ready for our first outing, and there you go making ribs look wonderful WITHOUT a farkin white syrofoam box.
