The big cook has begun. Five butts today and ten prime rib roast tomorrow.

I threw me a Italian sausage fatty on for a snack with basil pesto, tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese.

It did pour down rain for 15 minutes but all is well. More to come with the prime rib!

That Italian sausage fatty was a great snack or I guess I should call it a meal. We ate the whole thang.
 
Another rain is rolling in. The first rain dropped the temp down to 200. I stocked the fire and added some lump when this one started so hoping to hold a better temp.
 
What is this "Rain" you speak of? Tell me more, I am intrigued.
 
Looks great. Make sure you get some pics of the prime rib sliced.
