Wisconsin (Sheboygan) Venison Brats

[FONT=&quot]Took an assorted bag of frozen peppers and onions and added a little butter and garlic in a disposable pan and on to the grill.

Then grilled up a few Wisconsin (Sheboygan) venison brats...

Toasted a few hotdog buns...

looks great, we used to fly up to Sheboygan Wi. to get sausage.
The best I've ever had.

Hi Tried a few of the pre packaged mix bratwust seasonings, didn't taste like what I had in back in Kasiersalutern Germany, many years ago.
