Today I decided to do a practice run for the upcoming Hold'em & Hit'em should be almost 150 teams :mrgreen:

so here is the shots from today PS I took Grand Champion today

Looks Good! I've decided not to Cook in the H&H this year, I'm not sure if I can deal with a Fire marshal not letting me hook up my propane. But I also decided to have my 6 year old son cook in the Kid- Q. My friends on South of The Boarder will be there so I'm sure I'll be there most of the day, I'll see if I can find you!! Good looking grub! If it's an IBCA contest, be careful of pooling. You got lotsa glaze on those ribs...

Thanks Bigmista, the pic of the ribs was when I put the glaze on the ribs after they came back out of the pit they were fine hard to tell in the close up due to a little fuzzy was getting week needed to hurry and eat :biggrin:
