Just wanted to report in that one of the Brethren managed a Reserve Grand Champion this weekend Congratulations to BIGJIM his cooking team is Hurricane Smokers. This weekend Bigjim was a one man show, the rest of his team was unable to make this event.

WOW! What a weekend. It was a great time but cooking by myself was a lot of work. I'm not sure that I would have done so well if it were not for Dustaway. He and his wife drove 11 hours round trip Saturday to give me a hand.
