The Boyz night at home w/PRON

So Mrs. Czervik and our daughter are gone for a couple days in Seattle visiting my sister... It's just me and the furry little boy holding down the fort. We talked this am and decided that brats, sweet onions, sweet peppers and beer sounded good. Sorry for the poor quality pics...Here's how it all worked out:

Ah yes, the Walla Walla onions. I had a great aunt in Idaho that absolutely freaked out every year when the Walla Wallas were ripe. She'd make this casserole for dinner that was basically just onions, butter and cheese. As a kid, I found it utterly repulsive, but it's a fond memory of her now, so thanks for bringing that up. The food looks great, BTW.

That's actually the next door neighbor's cat in the skillet. Mr Fuzz Butt the Bichon thought we should give it a whirl... :heh:
