Thanks for the tip. The pre-made sauce i've been using was recommended by some Jamaican friends/co-workers which has since turned to my default sauce. It works great and has such a great flavor with out the over powering heat. But i'm excited to try this recipe.

I highly recommend any of the dishes. They are fantastic and I think you would be happy with any of them!

I wish I had more stuff to make this meal again. Maybe next time I go grocery shopping.
