Breakfast on my little cooker

I'm way behind on posting cooks. This was from my last camp out on the morning I packed up and came home.

placed the biscuits in a buttered pan, topped with another pan and wrapped the whole thing in foil.

browned some sausage on the little charcoal cooker...

flipped and rotated the biscuits for even cooking...

added flour, seasonings and milk to my sausage for gravy...

the cooker was small so I had to set the gravy aside and brown my tatoes..

scrambled some eggs...

the biscuits and sausage gravy...

my biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and tatoes...

it was a nice morning, I hated to leave.

Looks incredible Jeanie. Now I need to clean up the drool off my keyboard. I wish I could get sausage gravy in restaurants that had that much sausage in it. But then again, maybe it's a good thing I can't! :biggrin:
