The first one will get lemon peppered, there is just no way around it!

- 3 tbs coarse sea salt
- 2 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs chili powder
For the third one I wanted something with cumin, maybe something like
- 1/4 cup sweet paprika
- 2 tbs white sugar
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs black pepper
- 2 tbs cumin
- 2 tbs chili powder
- 2 tbs coarse sea salt
- 1 tbs cayenne
