Bison Tri-tip Chipotle Lime Corn grilled artichokes my Mothers Day meal

I got a great present earlier this week from a friend whose husband is a bison rancher - a beautiful bison tri-tip I was very excited to have this for my Mother's day meal today along with some chipotle lime corn and also some grilled artichokes with a curry aioli.

I used a reverse sear on the trip tip and it came out beautifully.

Want to wish all those Moms here on the Brethren a very Happy Mothers Day. You all rock.
