i always wondered about don being as on the bretheren his avatar is a texas license plate.i was @ his site for the jack but it was turn in time & he had an old bent straw hat.. long/short.. we didn't get to say hi but he is german born & bred but had such fun in texas.. there ya go. we talked.. very nice guy & awesome cook/team. would love to give don a guided tejan born & bred tour of our lesser known eateries...he needs to experience a nopalito...
