Love that meatloaf!
That's a lot! Can you do 5 pounds of the one you did at the first Belton bash and 5 pounds of the one from the last spring bash?I'll be doing 10 lbs of Meatloaf plus Paul's Brisket.......

Is everything destined to be a lunch menu option?
Is everything destined to be a lunch menu option?
It's a Eat it when its Done, snack All day menu.........
Pretty much an all day grazing. We've had times where a brisket or pig butt didn't get done until the crowd and thinned out. So, when more than one brisket is on the menu the first one done gets eaten and there will be leftover brisket on the other(s). Ag76 did a pork butt last Spring Bash that wasn't done until most folks were gone and it was great. Took home some leftover pulled pork and some mighty fine sauce he made for it. Just realize I need to get that recipe from him.
The only constant is there will be too much food. Take some to go containers and an ice chest.
I still got my eye on you.:heh: Where in Central Texas are you?I told you Paul

I think we need to grab lunch and have a "sympathy bash" since neither of us can make it, LOL!
Chris, sounds like a great idea. Hotch should join us and and we can work on planning the Spring '18 Bash.
Looks like Hotch has already started: https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3896616#post3896616
I have the plates, paper towels and those little condiment cups. With sliding billy staying home with his family this year, celebrating Calvin's birthday, would you guys be his backup and bring an assortment of paper goods like paper plates, paper towels, disposable forks, knives and spoons?
Thanks!!
