The weather has been nice the last few days here in VA so I decided to cook up some drumsticks and thighs. I fired up the kettle and used a mix of apple and cherry for smoke. Thighs are my favorite part of the chicken and always cheap! I used plowboys yardbird on most, I really like that stuff and I think it adds a nice color too. The camera phone pictures I took just don't do it much justice. The skin was nice and crispy while the inside was juicy and tender. Enough babbling...

That's perfect cooking right there Bro. :thumb:

I am curious how long it took to cook that????

Honestly, I'm not positive but maybe about 2 hours or so. I was cleaning out my chest freezer(to put stuff in my newly acquired upright freezer) in my garage and wasn't paying much attention to the time. Just checking every once in a while.
