I love to make a Fatty sometime but what can i use as breakfast sausage here in the netherlands?

use ground pork and mix with spices - the store bought Jimmy Deans come in various tastes - they all weigh 1 lbs. (~ 450 grams)

all contain less than 2 % of spices, sugar, MSG and corn syrup
then they have various spices added:
Italian Spices and paprika,
Sage,
Maple syrup,
Hot peppers,
etc.
