How often do you see a packaged "bone-in" brisket. Don't think I ever have.
... and what bone would that be?

Another oddity was when they had a sign for “Boneless Turkey Ham.”

Prime was $3.79 at Costco today.

$1.96 for choice brisket at my local HEB, Walmart will usually match HEB price.
