Wings and Chops

Nellie wanted some wings so they went fine with some of her Jerk marinade that was left over from last weekend

Took some chops out of the freezer and dusted with some “Seminole Swamp Seasoning” Fire In The Swamp that my goddaughter gave me for Christmas

Wings into the 18” after an overnight soak

Wings are done waiting on the chops

Chops ready for some heat

Chops are done and time for dinner
