Here in Canuckistan brisket is hard to find. While wandering Costco with the Missus yesterday I saw they carry whole sirloin tips. Looked to be 8-10 lbs on average. Looking for the board's thoughts an suggestions before I remortgage the house for one. Good candidate for smoking? How should it be seasoned? Treat it like a roast or....?
