I’ve been thinking. One day I will have another Klose level cooker. I jack with the temps in the recteq often. I could not pull off my weekday cooks with one. I cook 6 out of 7 days a week in the recteq. I have got my smoke tube down. Started mixing charcoal with pellets with a full mini split. Family enjoys the food as do I. When I retire I’ll play a different game I’m sure but for now this works great. Can’t eat noddles with diabetes but they can. Made a quick cook again that turned out great.

Thanks y’all! It’s a nice cooking experience especially once you learn it’s quirks.
