I will put in another vote for liberty ducks. Used to break down a case a week back in my line work days. If you get a case of whole ducks you can; cook the breasts, confit the legs/thighs, render the fat, and roast the carcasses for amazing stock; secret is to roast them on sheet pans and then deglaze the pans with water that goes back into the stock.
 
Was going to suggest contacting my favorite poultry place about sources. Discovered their web domain has expired. Going to call them tomorrow. Not sure if they're even aware they're web presence is gone.
