LOL...that also but i was going to say spatchcocked chickens on the WSM Mini cooked @ 325-350!

I do them on the drum and the are awesome...i do them on the mini and the are AWESOME x 10!!!

We cook ours at 375 for 2 hours (start cold and slow ramp up while smoke permeates to full temp in 30 minutes). Used Pimento wood again!
