Just kidding. We all know what it is. Homemade bean soup. There is an essence of BBQ here though. I used about 1lb of pulled pork along with that beautiful skin from the picnic roast I cooked over the weekend. I cant put into words how good that made these butter beans. Some cheddar jalapeno cornbread and hot sauce on the side. This is comfort food. Thanks for looking.

That is why we have cool weather, to make meals like that taste better. Looks like home cookin' to me!!
 
Oh man does that look good! I have some of those beans in the cupboard. Have to make some soon.
 
That's one of those smokeless smokers. All you need to do is add this new technology called liquid smoke, and you can't even tell the difference between a smokeless smoker and a regular smoker. And the best part is these new smokeless smokers don't cause cancer like a regular smoker.
