Lyfe Tyme offset because I love stick burners and tending fire, Char-Griller Duo because I can use the gas side to do something quick or keep something warm and use the charcoal side, because I love tending fire. Dutch ovens over fire pit, because I love tending fire.... see the trend here?

I LOVE my Lang 60. If I'm going to BBQ, I'm going to do quite a bit (homey dont
cook anything small), and it has the capacity to cook for hundreds and will hold 250
like a dream.
