Happy 4th of July to everyone out there. Just wanted to share some my cook from this weekend! First time I ever got bite through skin on chicken! All perfect timing for my upcoming comp this weekend in New Jersey. Hope everyone has a great 4th today and lots of good que!! :thumb: Oh yeah, also had some sausage and cilantro lime butter corn on the cob.
