Did three slabs of babybacks, ABTs, & bacon donuts on my WSM on Sunday. Now I'll attempt to post the pron:

One slab with Yardbird & then sauced, one slab dry w/ Smokin' Guns Sweet Heat.

Here is a rack with Yardbird, then wrapped with brown sugar, honey, & butter.
Finished on the grill with some of the sticky goodness painted on to provide the sheen. These turned out fabulous, some of the best ribs I've ever done.

Made ABTs & tried experimenting with the bacon donuts. Surprisingly easy to construct, but the donuts were a bit much for me. Bit much bacon, way too much salt. Did help to cut back on the saltiness by dipping them in a chipotle-mayo dipping sauce. Tasted okay, but now that I've tried them, I don't think I need to make them again.

Awesome looking ribs, Frank! Don't think I've ever heard somebody say "bit much bacon". Looks pretty tasty.
