After a crappy weekend of 12hr shifts at work and nasty weather, lit a fire in the PBC today. CS ribs for dinner and a loin roast for a later meal. EVO and rub on the ribs, garlic herb mix on the roast. Made an avocado tomato salad and baked beans for tonights sides.

ANYONE know how to fix pictures posting too large? Using photobucket like I always have....

Glad you made it through a batch of 12s. - That always makes a mid-week cook a bit more special.
