Great to see Weber took care of you! A few years ago, one of the magnets on one of the doors on my Summit gasser broke. I called Weber and asked them to send me a replacement magnet - it would have been an easy fix. Instead, they sent me 2 brand new SS doors.

Weber is hands down the best !! I like my Weber’s a lot

Thanks boys. I am not a guy that ever uses customer service, so if I thought i should contact it, its pretty bad.

In the time we live in where huge companies dont seem to care at ALL about service, I feel really good that Weber still stands by their products.
