Weber Char Ring and Diffuser

Seen a review of one of the new Weber Master Touch Plus Kettle grills. They have a charcoal ring and diffuser plate to allow for smoking like you would do on their Summit charcoal grill. Anyone know if they sell these as an accessory or just with the Master Touch for now?
