We are having a small get together for the Jon Jones fight and decided to do a brisket, beans and ABT's. I cooked it at 300° for 4 hrs then rolled it in butcher paper for 5 hrs. Pulled it at 200° cause I was getting cursed at cause folks was hungry and only let it set for an hour rolled in a bath towel. It still came out really moist and tender. I used the same recipe I won the cookoff with for the beans (which is bludawgs recipe!--thanks!!) and they were also awesome. I'll let this meal settle then it's time for brownies and ice cream!!

Great looking brisket!

I did some St. Louis Ribs on the uds and a spatchcocked chicken.

That fight was absolutely amazing
