So I am looking in the fridge for tomorrows dinner! Cathy defrosted burgers that I grilled tonight. Then I had an idea! Turkey pot pie! Not you normal one though.... Turkey, mixed veggies, and instead of cream of chicken soup I used mild chunky salsa. Bake 375 until bubbly.... cant wait until tomorrow...

Nice! Southwestern pot pies, love it.
I just made some pot pies with leftover turkey, carrots, peas, those little onions, pepper, and cream of potato soup w/milk. And for the crust I use Filo dough....
