Turkey Breast, Chicken Thighs & Pepper Beef - Lots of Pron

Did some Carolina Treet chicken thighs, a turkey breast and some Pepper Beef Chuck this past weekend.

Thighs after a nice Carolina Treet bath...

Finished up...

Brined the turkey overnight then a little olive oil and rub...

Turkey, bacon, guacamole, mayo, lettuce and cheese.

Did some beef chuck roast sandwiches for Monday Night Football. Thanks Vince B for the recipe.

Rubbed with pepper and kosher salt.

Didn't have any Guinness so I used a Blind Faith IPA by Magic Hat.

Added some pepper jack cheese and horseradish. This was a keeper.
